Troubleshooting Connectivity

Complete these four steps in order. Device articles below explain the exact paths for iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, and Motorola.

Step 1

Select data line and APN

Choose the travel eSIM for mobile data. On Samsung, Pixel, or Motorola, set APN to data00.telnyx.

Set Data Roaming

United States: keep Data Roaming off. All other countries: turn Data Roaming on.

Step 3

Choose a network manually

Turn Automatic Network Selection off. Pick an available local network for the area you are in, then test data.

Step 4

Restart the phone

Power off or restart the device, wait for the SIM settings to reload, then test a simple website before opening data-heavy apps.
