Color block

Steel privacy vault with orange access markers.

The privacy hero should read as controlled and transparent: cool structural blocks, thin ZEN orange highlights, and content grouped like access zones.

Personal information we collect

  • 01Contact details, account details, payment references, order history, and support messages.
  • 02Device, destination, plan, usage, activation, network, and troubleshooting information needed to provide eSIM service.
  • 03Online identifiers such as cookies, IP address, analytics events, and app or website interactions.
  • 04Information from service providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention partners, and customer-authorized representatives.

How we use information

  • 01To provide service, activate eSIM profiles, manage accounts, process payments, and deliver support.
  • 02To communicate service updates, security notices, product changes, and customer support responses.
  • 03To detect fraud, secure the network, comply with law, improve products, and understand service performance.
  • 04To send marketing only where permitted, with opt-out controls included in direct marketing communications.

Disclosure and retention

We share information with vendors and network partners only as needed to operate ZEN, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and support customers. We retain information only as long as needed for service, legal, accounting, security, and dispute purposes.

Product analytics

  • 01ZEN uses PostHog product analytics to understand page journeys, checkout completion, eSIM activation, and feature use so we can improve the service.
  • 02Analytics starts when you use the website and is kept separate from the systems required to provide checkout, account access, eSIM delivery, and support.
  • 03ZEN sends deliberate product events rather than form contents or activation secrets. Passwords, e-mail addresses, ICCIDs, QR payloads, activation codes, and payment credentials are excluded.
  • 04The current PostHog project is hosted in the United States.
